摘要
大学生的学业发展与职业发展是高校育人工作的两大抓手,然而实务工作中学业促进与职业促进工作常缺乏联动。本文从学业发展与职业发展的统一性、斗争性切入,落脚于二者的辩证统一关系,进而探讨其辩证关系对高校学业发展与职业发展促进工作相融合的启发与指导。
The academic development and career development of students are two major aspects of college education management. However, the promotion of academic development and career development are usually lack of interaction in practice. This article firstly analyzed the contradiction and unity between academic development and career development. And based on the dialectical relationship between academic development and career development, we discuss how to combine these two aspects to create win-win solution in practice.
