摘要
全面二孩政策开放以来,已婚女性在照料子女和参与工作之间的矛盾日益激烈。以2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)为基础,从家庭方面实证研究照料子女和家庭分担对已婚女性就业状况的影响。结果显示:照料六岁及以下子女对已婚女性就业产生负面影响,家庭成员分担对已婚女性就业产生正面影响;此外,配偶分担对农村已婚女性就业的影响不显著,而家庭成员分担对城镇已婚女性就业的影响比农村已婚女性的更大。因此,刺激生育意愿需要同时考虑已婚女性就业所面临的困境,不断改进现有的已婚女性就业保障政策。
Since the introduction of"the universal two-child"policy,the conflict between parenting responsibility and career development has become increasingly intensified to married women.An empirical research is done on the impact of parenting and family sharing child-care on the employment of married women based on the2018 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)data.The results show that looking after children aged six and younger has a negative impact on women’s employment.However,the family sharing the child-care responsibility has a positive effect on women’s employment.Besides,in rural area,husband sharing child-care has no significant impact on women’s employment,while the influence of family sharing inchild-care is greater in urban areas than in rural areas.Therefore,to encourage the fertility willingness,it is necessary to consider the current difficulties that the married women are faced with in employment and to improve the current employment security policies for married women.
