摘要
某油田电泵井J55油管外螺纹处发生腐蚀穿孔失效。从理化性能、腐蚀产物、微生物分析等方面进行了系统分析,结果表明:J55油管金相组织和成分均正常,CO_(2)腐蚀不是螺纹腐蚀刺漏的主要原因,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)、腐生菌(TGB)和铁细菌(FEB)微生物腐蚀是导致螺纹腐蚀穿孔失效的主要原因。
Corrosion failure of J55 tubing thread fastener occurred in an electric pump well.Corrosion failure reasons were investigated through physical and chemical properties,corrosion products and microbial analysis.The results showed that metallographic structure and composition of J55 tubing were normal.CO_(2) corrosion was not the main reason for thread fastener failure.The real reason for corrosion failure was microbiological corrosion,such as SRB,TGB,FEB.
