摘要
河北某铁矿井下安全避险系统初步设计存在系统扩展性和兼容性较差、系统链路连接稳定性较差、有线通信系统无总调度功能、各中段基站数量布置不合理等问题,造成井下安全避险系统运行不稳定,存在较大的安全隐患,易造成事故扩大化。为此,结合矿井建设实际及各设备厂家先进设计理念,采用室内试验及现场模拟测试等方法进行研究,最终形成了一整套五网合一技术的井下安全避险系统设计方案。系统技术先进、经济合理、链路连接安全稳定、兼容性高、扩展性强,集井下人员定位、无线通信、安全监测、视频监控及自动化数据传输于一体,并成功应用于实践。
The preliminary design of an underground safety avoidance system in an iron mine in Hebei has problems such as poor system scalability,poor compatibility,poor system link connection stability,wired communication system without general dispatch function,and unreasonable layout of the number of base stations in the middle section.These problems cause the unstable operation of the underground safety avoidance system,and there are greater safety hazards,which are likely to cause the expansion of accidents.To this end,combined with the actual mine construction and the advanced design concepts of various equipment manufacturers,indoor tests and field simulation tests are used to conduct research,and finally a complete set of five-net-in-one technology underground safety avoidance system design scheme is formed.The system has advanced technology,reasonable economy,safe and stable link connection,high compatibility,and strong scalability.It integrates underground personnel positioning,wireless communication,safety monitoring,video monitoring and automatic data transmission,and has been successfully applied in practice.
