摘要
针对某露天金矿开采初期以开采氧化矿为主,推迟混合矿和硫化矿开采时间,并合理安排Ⅰ、Ⅱ号矿化带采矿计划等现状,设计应用分期分区开采工艺。在已确定的开采境界内,划分出若干个分区,合理安排各分区的采剥顺序,以达到推迟剥离洪峰,均衡生产剥采比的目的。详细介绍了该露天金矿分期分区开采工艺、采剥工艺、开采延伸速度、基建进度等。采用分期分区开采工艺,选择合理的首采区段,可减少基建工程量,提高矿山开采经济效益。
In view of the present situation of the initial mining of an open-pit gold mine,such as mainly mining oxidized ores,postponing the mining time of mixed ore and sulphide ores,reasonably arranging the mining plan of No.Ⅰand No.Ⅱmineralization zone,the staged and zoned mining technology is designed and applied.Within the settled mining boundary,several zones are divided and the mining and stripping sequence of each zone is arranged reasonably in order to delay the stripping peak and balance the stripping ratio.The paper in detail introduced the staged and zoned mining technology,mining and stripping process,mining extension rate and infrastructure progress and so on in the open-pit gold mine.The staged and zoned mining technology is used,and reasonable initial section is chosen so that the infrastructure project requires less work and the mine development is more profitable.
