摘要
针对依兰第三煤矿属近距离松软低渗突出煤层群开采,面临着煤层突出危险严重、煤层预抽效果差、邻近层卸压煤层气涌出量等问题,提出了适用于依兰第三煤矿煤与煤层气协调开发模式,确定合理的开采顺序选择突出危险性相对较弱的煤层作为首采煤层(保护层)先行开采,利用首采煤层采动造成的邻近低渗强突出煤层卸压增渗,实现邻近低渗强突出煤层卸压抽采,将其强突出危险性变为弱突出危险性或无突出危险性,解决主采煤层消突难题,达到安全高效开采目的。抽采后回采期间工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度维持在0.4%~0.7%。
No.3 Coal Mine of Yilan belongs to the coal seam group with contiguous,soft,low permeability and outburst coal seam,which is faced with the serious outburst risk,poor pre-drainage effect,and the emission of pressure-relief coalbed methane from adjacent layer.The paper puts forward the coal and coalbed methane coordinated development pattern applicable to the coal mine.The rational mining sequence is determined and the coal seam with relatively low outburst danger is selected as first extracting coal seam(protection layer)and mined first.The mining disturbance of the first extracting seam is used to release pressure and increase permeability of the adjacent coal seam with low permeability and strong outburst danger,achieve the gas drainage of the adjacent coal seam,and reduce the level of outburst danger to the weak or no outburst danger.It could resolve the difficulty of outburst elimination for the main coal seam and realize the safety and efficient drainage of coalbed methane.After the drainage,the gas concentration in the upper corner of the working faces remained between 0.4%and 0.7%.
