摘要
区域经济学是一门新兴的应用经济学学科。现实问题研究导向与区域发展理论特色使这一学科具有区别于其他经济学学科的特征。传统空间经济研究领域存在地理学派与经济学派的争论,其本质是经验主义认识论与理性主义认识论的对立。区域经济学应当吸收各学派的认识论精华,遵循“三对照”与“三并存”的研究逻辑,即与一般性对照的特殊性的逻辑、与时间性对照的空间性的逻辑以及与指导性对照的针对性的逻辑;偶然性与必然性并存的逻辑、学理性与操作性并存的逻辑以及演绎性与归纳性并存的逻辑。在区域经济学的研究逻辑下,“政策无用论”是一个伪命题。要构建中国气派的区域经济学,应当在研究和决策两方面推动创新,讲好中国故事,解决中国区域问题。
Regional economics is an emerging discipline of applied economics. The research orientation of realistic problems and the theoretical characteristics of regional development differentiate this discipline from other economic disciplines in their characteristics. There has been a debate between the Geography School and the Economics School in the field of traditional spatial economic research, the essence of which is the opposition between empiricist epistemology and rationalist epistemology. Regional economics should absorb the epistemological quintessence from various schools, following the research logic of the "three contrasts", that is, the logic of particularity in contrast with generality, the logic of spatiality contrast with temporality, and the logic of pertinence in contrast with guidance;and also following the research logic of the "three coexistences", that is, the logic of necessity in coexistence with contingency, the logic of operatability in coexistence with academic rationality, and the logic of induction in coexistence with deduction. With the research logic of regional economics, "the view that policies are useless" is a pseudo-proposition. In order to construct regional economics with Chinese style, we should promote innovation in both research and decision-making, do a good job of telling Chinese stories, and solve China’s regional problems.
