摘要
目的分析超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的有效性和安全性。方法将98例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(49例,52眼)与观察组(49例,53眼)。对照组采用超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组的ACD、房角宽度、最佳矫正视力、MS、PSV、EDV均升高,眼压、MD、RI均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果较好,可改善视功能、眼动脉血流动力学指标,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract.Methods A total of 98 patients with angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract were divided into control group(49 cases,52 eyes)and observation group(49 cases,53 eyes)by different treatment methods.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,and the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the ACD,angle width,best corrected visual acuity,MS,PSV,EDV in the two groups increased,intraocular pressure,MD,RI decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis in the treatment of angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataract has a good effect,it can improve visual function,ocular artery hemodynamics indexes,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
