摘要
目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦对心肌梗死患者心肌重构和心功能的影响。方法选择我院收治的心肌梗死患者100例,根据随机原则将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例。研究组予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,对照组予以缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组LVEF、RVEF、SV、CI均高于对照组,LVPW、LVMI、LVRI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清ALD、ICAM-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗心肌梗死可降低患者的心脏损伤程度及心肌炎性反应程度,缓解心脏重构,改善心功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of sacubitril valsartan on myocardial remodeling and cardiac function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random principle,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with sacubitril valsartan,while the control group was treated with valsartan.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,LVEF,RVEF,SV and CI of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while LVPW,LVMI and LVRI were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum ALD and ICAM-1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of myocardial infarction can reduce the degree of cardiac injury and the degree of myocardial inflammatory reaction,alleviate cardiac remodeling and improve cardiac function of patients.
