Coordinated Control Strategy for Independent Operation of DC Micro-Grid

摘要 针对光伏发电系统的随机性、间歇性、波动性以及独立运行对负荷投切敏感等技术问题,分析了光伏发电的基本原理、建立了相关数学模型、推导了光伏发电系统出力波动与直流母线电压的解析关系。在充分考虑功率型及能量型两类储能特性的基础上,提出了采用超级电容、蓄电池混合储能平抑负荷功率波动的技术方案,应用改进下垂控制理论与电压前馈校正算法提高了负荷功率波动的补偿精度,实现了光伏微网的源-荷-储协调优化控制,较好地解决了网内功率平衡问题。采用Matlab/Simulink平台搭建的数字化仿真研究结果表明所研究控制策略可行、有效。 In view of the technical characteristics of photovoltaic(PV)power generation system such as randomness,intermittency and volatility as well as the sensitivity of load switching at standalone runtime,this paper analyzes the basic principles of PV power generation,establishes the relevant mathematical model,and deduces the analytical relationship between the output fluctuation of PV power generation system and the DC bus voltage.And then on the basis of taking full account of two types of energy storage characteristics:power type and energy type,the paper puts forward the technical scheme of using the hybrid energy storage of super capacitor and battery to suppress the power fluctuation of load,which scheme applies the improved sagging control theory and voltage feedforward correction algorithm to improve the compensation accuracy of load power fluctuation,realizes the coordinated optimization control of source-load-storage of PV micro-grid,and achieves the power balance within the grid.The results of digital simulation based on Matlab/Simulink platform show that the proposed control strategy is feasible and effective.
