摘要
乳腺疾病越来越影响现代女性的身心健康,运气理论是中医学的瑰宝,是古人在长时间的实践中不断总结出来的关于气候、物候的变化规律及其对人体生理及发病的影响,对于指导疾病的预防和治疗具有重要意义。基于五运六气理论分析2020年气候特点及乳腺疾病的发病规律并提出防治措施。2020年金运太过,少阴君火司天,阳明燥金在泉,为同天符年,气候变化剧烈,疾病易爆发流行。据运气推演乳腺疾病发生多集中于下半年,尤其在五之气阶段多发,此阶段客气少阴相火加临主气阳明燥金,易出现燥热伤津、肝火偏旺之证,乳腺疾病的治疗原则为疏肝理气、养阴清热;预防措施为调摄情志,饮食上宜多食甘润养阴清热之品,忌食辛香燥热之品。
Breast diseases are affecting the physical and mental health of modern women more and more.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is the treasure of the traditional chinese medicine.It is the law of climate and phenology change and its influence on human physiology and pathogenesis,which was summed up by the ancients in the long practice,it has a good guiding significance for the prevention and treatment of diseases.Based on the theory,the climate characteristics and the incidence of breast diseases in 2020 were analyzed,and the prevention and treatment measures were put forward.In 2020,the attribute of Jin is too much,Sitian is Shaoyin Junhuo,Zaiquan is Yangming Zaojin,and it is a year of Tongtianfu.The climate change in 2020 is acute and the disease is easy to erupt.According to the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,breast diseases will be more concentrated in the second half of the year,especially in the fifth-Qi stage,which is prone to impair fluid by dry-heat,and liver heat is easy to grow,because of the Keqi Shaoyin Xianghuo on the Zhuqi Yangming Zaojin.The prevention measures of the breast diseases are to adjust the emotions,keep the mind comfortable,eat more products of nourishing Yin and clearing heat on the diet,and avoid spicy,dry and hot products.The treatment principles are dispersing stagnated liver Qi and eliminating heat by nourishing Yin.
