摘要
多机场协同离场放行策略为航班分配起飞时隙窗口以满足下游运行间隔或容量约束,时隙窗口范围通常基于实际运行经验进行设置,主要受到航班离场运行的不确定性特征的影响,并进而影响多机场协同放行策略的实施效能。为综合评估起飞时隙窗口设置对多机场协同放行策略效能的影响,设计多机场协同离场放行动态调度算法并建立考虑离场时间不确定性影响下的协同放行策略仿真评估模型。针对起飞时隙窗口的大小对航班地面运行以及起飞后空中运行的影响,提出多机场协同放行策略综合评估指标。基于中南地区历史数据分析多机场离场延误时间的随机特征,采用仿真评估模型对不同时隙窗口下的协同放行策略效能进行了评估及对比分析,验证了时隙窗口的变化对协同放行策略效能的影响特征。
The multi airport cooperative departure release strategy allocates the take off time slot window for flights to meet the downstream operation interval or capacity constraints,and the time slot window range is usually set based on the actual operation experience.The setting of take off slot window is mainly affected by the uncertainty of flight departure operation,and further affects the implementation efficiency of multi airport collaborative release strategy.In order to comprehensively evaluate the impact of the setting of take off slot window on the effectiveness of multi airport cooperative release strategy,a dynamic scheduling algorithm of multi airport cooperative departure release is designed,and a simulation evaluation model of cooperative release strategy considering the impact of departure time uncertainty is established.In view of the influence of the size of the take off slot window on the flight ground operation and the air operation after take off,a comprehensive evaluation index of multi airport collaborative release strategy is proposed.Based on the historical data of central and southern regions,the random characteristics of departure delay time of multiple airports are analyzed.The effectiveness of collaborative release strategy under different time slot windows is evaluated and compared by using simulation evaluation model,and the influence characteristics of the change of time slot window on the effectiveness of collaborative release strategy are verified.
