摘要
目的:观察舒适护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法:选取68例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理,比较两组治疗总有效率、负性情绪评分、疼痛评分。结果:护理后,两组焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分和疼痛评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛缓解时间、疱疹消退时间和皮损结痂时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理可降低带状疱疹患者负性情绪评分和疼痛评分,提高治疗总有效率,优于单纯常规护理效果。
Objective:To study application effects of comfortable nursing in patients with herpes zoster.Methods:68 patients with herpes zoster were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,each with 34 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing based on that of the control group.The total treatment effective,negative emotion score and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and the depression self-rating scale and the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain relief time,herpes regression time,and skin lesion crusting time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total treatment effective in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the comfortable nursing can reduce the negative emotion scores and pain scores of the patients with herpes zoster,and improve the total treatment effective.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
