摘要
以沈阳4号线1标望花街站双层地铁车站的单层风亭施工为背景,研究了风亭结构与地铁车站共用侧墙及围护桩施工技术。针对现共用侧墙与车站围护桩之间空隙狭窄,模板无法安装以及破除共用侧墙围护桩过程中易出现风亭围护结构桩体位移、基坑不稳等问题,提出了一种狭窄空间侧墙混凝土模板和分阶段间隔破除围护桩的施工方法,顺利完成了车站风亭结构的施工,隔断了侧墙混凝土和桩间混凝土喷射的粘结,保证了共用侧墙现浇结构混凝土的表观质量,避免了基坑失稳事故的发生。该风亭结构施工技术实用性强,工序衔接有序,交叉作业影响小,可广泛用于车站与风亭共用侧墙时风亭结构的施工。
Based on the construction of single-layer wind pavilion in double-layer subway station of Wanghuajie Station in Lot 1 of Shenyang Metro Line 4,this paper studies the construction technology of the side wall and retaining pile shared by the wind pavilion structure and the subway station.Aiming at the narrow gap between the existing common side wall and the station retaining pile,the formwork could not be installed,and in the process of removing the common side wall retaining pile,it is easy to cause the pile displacement of the wind pavilion retaining structure and the instability of the foundation pit.This paper puts forward a construction method of narrow space side wall concrete formwork and breaking the retaining pile by stages,which successfully completes the construction of the station wind pavilion structure,and uses the double side formwork structure to cut off the foundation pit.The bonding between the side wall concrete and the concrete between piles ensures the apparent quality of the cast-in-place structural concrete and avoids the occurrence of foundation pit instability accidents.The wind pavilion structure construction technology has strong practicability,orderly process connection and little influence of cross operation.It can be widely used in the construction of wind pavilion structure when the station and wind pavilion share the side wall.
