激光干涉仪可视化控制系统设计

摘要 为提高激光干涉仪测量精度,提出一种可视化控制方法。该方法通过一个简洁的Windows窗体应用实现控制命令发送及同步光学调整单元位置。控制命令发送至CC2530单片机,单片机根据命令完成对应的控制动作;STM32F103C8T6单片机发送采集到的位置数据至控制应用,应用处理后显示各调整单元位置。该控制系统能实现激光干涉仪的多档位以及定制化微调控制,位置的显示使控制更加直观。通过提高控制精度方式使光学测量环境达到一个更佳状态,从而提高干涉仪的测量精度。 In order to improve the measuring accuracy of laser interferometer,a visual control method is proposed.This method realizes the sending of control command and the display of the position of optical adjustment unit synchronously through a simple Windows form application.The control command is sent to the MCU of CC2530,and the MCU completes the corresponding control action according to the command;STM32F103C8T6 MCU sends the collected position data to the control application,and displays the position of each adjustment unit after application processing.The control system can realize multi-gear and customized fine-tuning control of the laser interferometer,and the display of position makes the control more intuitive.By means of improving the control precision,the optical measuring environment can reach a better state,so as to improve the measurement precision of interferometer.
