摘要
目的分析基于医联体模式的医院信息系统在我院统一药品仓储调剂中的应用实践及效果,以期进一步推动分级诊疗制度建设,推进医联体药学服务联合协作工作。方法总结基于医联体模式的医院信息系统在我院统一药品仓储调剂中的应用实践经验,分析实施效果、该模式下药品仓储改革的意义及存在不足。结果将本院信息系统与医联体基层单位医院信息系统进行对接,以本院为主导单位建立统一药品仓储管理平台,对医联体基层单位共享统一用药目录内本院药品字典数据,重点在药品采购与供应、药品仓储调剂两个方面进行了完善管理,有助于药品仓储模式改革、药品供应延伸及促进仓储药品数字化管理。结论对药品仓储进行统一调配是当下必然趋势,医联体模式下医院信息系统在本院统一药品仓储调剂中效果明显,可促进医疗资源上下贯通、医疗服务体系整体效能提升,但医联体模式下统一药品仓储调剂工作仍有待进一步完善。
Objective To investigate the application effects of hospital consortium-based hospital information system in unified drug storage and dispensing so as to further promote the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, and advance joint collaboration of pharmacy services between medical alliances.Methods The consortium-based hospital information system was applied in unified drug storage and dispensing. The implementation effect, significance and shortcomings of drug storage reform under this model were discussed.Results The information system was connected with those of the members of the hospital consortium. A unified drug storage management platform led by the hospital was established, and the drug data were shared with the other members. Drugs procurement and supply, drug storage and dispensing were improved, which was conductive to the reform of drug storage model, the extension of drug supply and the promotion of digital management of stored drugs.Conclusion It is an inexorable trend to unify deployment of drug storage. Hospital consortium-based hospital information system has achieved obvious effects in unified drug storage and dispensing of our hospital. It can promote reasonable distribution of medical resources, and improve the overall efficiency of medical service system. However, the hospital consortium-based unified drug storage and dispensing remains to be further optimized.
