摘要
站城综合开发是我国高速铁路快速发展背景下的现实需求,高速铁路站场与城市公共交通、机动交通和慢行交通的便捷转换,具有促进片区发展、集聚商业人气等作用。在分析站城综合开发理论和一体化交通构建路径的基础上,论述国内外站城综合开发的一体化交通体系建设经验。结合广州北站现状以及存在问题,依据片区综合开发目标,从站-城交通效益互补的产业选择、站-城交通效能提升的空间梳理、站-城交通品质改善的机制创新、站-城交通服务共享的设施完善等方面提出站城综合开发一体化交通体系构建策略。
Station-city comprehensive development is the demand inthe background of the rapid development of highspeed railways(HSRs) in China. The convenient conversion from HSR hubs to urban public transport, motorized traffic, and slow traffic can promote regional development and gather business popularity. By analyzing the characteristics of station-city comprehensive development and the construction path of integrated transportation, this paper described the successful experience of the integrated transportation system for station-city comprehensive development all over the world. Considering the current situation and problems of Guangzhou North railway station and the comprehensive development objectives of the area, the paper put forward specific construction strategies of the transportation system for station-city comprehensive development, including industry selection for benefit complementation, space sorting for efficiency promotion, mechanism innovation for traffic quality elevation, and improvement of shared facilities.
