“茶叶中咖啡因提取”实验教学改进

摘要 为适应非化学专业《基础化学实验》教学要求,对“茶叶中咖啡因提取”实验教学方法进行改进,将传统的索氏提取法改为常见的浸提法,采用水提法代有机溶剂提取法,通过在水中加入少量常用的无机化合物促进咖啡因溶解,探究了提取剂对咖啡因收率的影响。该方法操作简单、节约时间、避免升华时发生碳化,能够激发学生的创新意识,充分提升学生的综合实践能力。 In order to adapt to the teaching requirements of basic chemistry experiment for non chemistry majors,the experimental teaching method of"caffeine extraction from tea"was improved.The traditional Soxhlet extraction method was changed to the common extraction method.The water extraction method was used instead of the organic solvent extraction method.By adding a few commonly used inorganic compounds into the water to promote the dissolution of caffeine,the influence of the extraction agent on the yield of caffeine was explored.This method is easy to operate,time-saving and avoid carbonization during sublimation.It can stimulate students'innovation consciousness and fully enhance students'comprehensive practical ability.
