摘要
[目的]评价果酸治疗痤疮遗留疤痕和色素沉着的美容疗效和安全性。[方法]随机将320名在校大学生痤疮患者分为对照组和观察组,依据患者病情给予药物治疗,治疗到只有疤痕和色素沉着时,对照组给予医学护肤品皮肤护理;观察组进行果酸治疗,间隔2周1次,1个疗程为4次。1个疗程结束2周后分别评价两组患者的临床疗效。[结果]6名退出试验,其中有2名不按照要求用药,4名没有按期到院随访;观察组痊愈率为55.12%,有效率为85.88%;对照组痊愈率为18.99%,有效率为39.24%。两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应无明显差异。[结论]应用果酸治疗痤疮遗留色素沉着和疤痕的美容疗效明显,安全性好。
[Objective]To estimate the cosmetic efficiency and security of pectic acid in the treatment of acne marks and pigmentation in the later stage of acne.[Meth.ods]320 undergraduate patients with acne were randomly divided into observation group and control group.All the patients in two groups were given medication according to the severity of the disease.When the patients were treated until the pustular cyst subside,leaving only a small number of acne pimple,acne marks and pigmentation,the control group received skin care with drug treatment,while the observation group received pectic acid treatment based on the group of control,with one time interval of 2 weeks and four times as one course of treatment.C.linical efficiency was observed in the two groups after two weeks following one course of treatment.[Results]6 patients dropped out of the trial because 2 patients did not follow the doctor’s advice and 4 patients did not follow the regular visitors as required.The recovery rate and effective rate of the observation group were 55.12%and 85.88%respectively.In the group control,the recovery rate was 18.99%and the effective rate was 39.24%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.[Conclusion]The application of pectic acid in the treatment of post acne pigmentation and acne marks has obvious cosmetic effect and safe.
