细胞外囊泡DNA在肿瘤诊断中具有重要应用前景 被引量:1

Important prospects of EV DNA in tumor diagnosis

摘要 细胞外囊泡(EV)作为一种新型的细胞间信号传导载体,几乎参与了肿瘤发生、发展、转移、耐药等各个环节。因此,EV已成为癌症诊断和抗癌治疗生物标志物的理想候选者和研究热点。但EV肿瘤标志物研究前期主要集中于RNA和蛋白质,少部分关注脂质,其DNA成分的相关研究较少。近年来EV DNA的肿瘤诊断价值才逐渐受到关注。对EV DNA生物学特性以及功能的研究有望为肿瘤诊断提供新方向。 As a new type of intercellular signaling rector,extracellular vesicles(EV)are involved in almost the whole process of tumorigenesis,progression,metastasis,and drug resistance.Therefore,EV have become the ideal biomarker candidates and research hotspots for cancer diagnosis and treatment.However,EV tumor biomarker research mainly focused on RNA and protein,and a small part of the research focused on lipids at the early stage.EV DNA has received little attention and its diagnostic value has gradually been recognized in recent years.Study on the biological characteristics and function of EV DNA may highlight its potential in tumor diagnosis.
