摘要
近些年来,无损检测技术不断发展,在特种设备检验检测中应用日益广泛,但在具体检测方面还存在许多需要改进完善的地方。想要让生产制造企业的产品质量得到有效保障,使用单位的设备安全稳定高效运行,就要针对无损检测技术在特种设备检验中的应用展开分析。基于此,本文从无损检测技术应用的必要性入手,针对实际应用现状进行分析,继而分析不同技术在特种设备检验检测中的应用方式,明确应用效果,为不断持续改进提供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous development of nondestructive testing technology,it is widely used in the inspection and testing of special equipment.However,there are still many areas need to be improved in the specific detection.To effectively guarantee the product quality of manufacturing enterprises and ensure the safe,stable,and efficient operation of equipment using enterprises,it is necessary to analyze the application of nondestructive testing technology in special equipment inspection.Based on this,this paper starts with the necessity of the application of nondestructive testing technology and analyzes the actual application status.Then,the application of different technologies in the inspection and detection of special equipment is analyzed,clear application effect,provide reference for continuous improvement.
