摘要
本文通过对国内某炼厂的三套常减压装置进行全面的采样分析,研究了原油中氯、氮、硫元素在常减压装置中的分布情况,并针对石脑油中的有机氯进行形态测定。完成了腐蚀介质的传递趋势,为企业预防氯、氮、硫腐蚀提供详实数据,有助于炼厂针对腐蚀介质含量较高的部位重点部署防腐战略,确定合理、有效的腐蚀监测机制。
In this paper,we develop a comprehensive sampling and analysis of 3 different crude units in a domestic refinery.The distribution of chlorine,nitrogen,and sulfur in crude oil in the crude unit is studied,the morphometry of organic chlorine in naphtha is analyzed as well.The transmission trend of corrosive media has been completed.This paper provides detailed data for refineries to prevent chlorine,nitrogen,and sulfur corrosion,which will help refineries develop anti-corrosion strategies for high corrosive media content,and determine a reasonable and effective corrosion monitoring mechanism.
