摘要
采用制冷仿真软件建模对系统冷媒分布进行分析,基于出口东欧48K风管机进行系统建模,在名义制冷工况下通过对不同连接管长度、节流方式在内机或外机模型进行研究分析,名义制冷工况下外机节流冷媒主要分布在冷凝器及冷凝器到节流之间的管路上;当内机节流时冷媒主要分布在冷凝器中及节流装置到内机蒸发器管路中,此建模数据对长连接管系统不同节流方式冷媒追加提供了设计理论参考。
The refrigerant distribution of the system is analyzed by modeling with refrigeration simulation software,and the system is modeled based on the 48K air duct exported to Eastern Europe,under nominal refrigeration condition,the internal and external models of different connecting pipe lengths and throttling modes are studied and analyzed,under nominal refrigeration condition,the external throttling refrigerant is mainly distributed in the pipeline from condenser and condenser to throttling,while the internal throttling refrigerant is mainly distributed in the condenser and in the pipeline from throttling device to internal evaporator,the modeling data provide theoretical guidance for the design of different throttling modes of refrigerant additions in long pipe systems.
