摘要
目的了解武汉市三级甲等医院新型冠状病毒肺炎感染护士康复返岗后的身心状态,为医院护理管理者人力资源管理及职工个性化人文关怀提供依据。方法 2020年2月25日—4月20日,采用现象学研究方法,访谈10名护士,对访谈资料用主题分析法进行分析。结果提炼出四个主题,主题一:感激家人、同事、医院及社会国家的支持和帮助;主题二:心理体验;主题三:生活和职业态度;主题四:情感体验。结论医院和护理管理者应关注返岗护士的工作和生活状态,提供心理与社会支持,帮助返岗护士适应其工作;全面加强医院内感染防控,构建安全职业屏障;积极引导,构建职业新气象、新风尚的氛围。
Objective To understand the physical and psychological experience of the infected nurses returning to work after recovery from Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-2019) in grade-A tertiary hospitals of Wuhan City,provide the guidance for hospital nursing managers perform human resource management and personalized humanistic care for employees. Methods Using phenomenological research methods,interviews were conducted with 10 nurses from February 25 to April 20,2020. The interview data were analyzed using the theme method. Results The results extracted four themes: Theme 1: Grateful for the support and help from family,colleagues,hospitals society and countries;Theme 2: Psychological experience;Theme 3: Life and professional attitude;Theme 4: Emotional experience. Conclusion Hospitals and nursing managers should pay attention to the working and living conditions of the returning nurses provide psychological and social support,help returning nurses adapt to their work,comprehensively strengthen hospital infection prevention and control,build a safe professional protection,and guide to build a new professional outlook.
