摘要
简述了马钢(合肥)板材公司镀锌机组出口区域取样机器人的研究和开发工作,重点阐述了取样机器人的组成及各部分功能,特别说明了取样机器人的工作原理和控制方案。解决了原来人工搬运样板存在的安全隐患,以及人工贴标签存在的错误风险等一些列问题,实现了镀锌机组成品取样搬运、存放、样板贴标签、复样清除、样板挑拣的全自动化和智能化。
This paper describes the research and development of the sampling robot in the exit area of the galvanizing unit of Masteel(Hefei),focuses on the composition and functions of each part of the sampling robot,especially the working principle and control program of the sampling robot.Some problems such as the hidden danger in manual handling sample and error risk of manual labeling are solved,and the automatic and intelligent processing of finished product sampling,handling,storage,sample labeling,duplicate sample cleaning and sample picking is realized.
