摘要
支抗控制是正畸治疗中的一个重要内容。作为能提供绝对支抗的锚固装置,微种植体近年来被广泛应用于正畸治疗中,其稳定性是取得可靠支抗的必要前提。微种植体的稳定性与植入方式、植入角度、应力加载时间和方式、口腔卫生状况等因素都有密切关系。而牙槽骨特性在微种植体的初始稳定性中起着主要重要,影响微种植体植入的成功乃至整个正畸治疗效果。本文就微种植体植入区牙槽骨厚度和密度及其对微种植体稳定性影响的相关研究进展进行综述。
Anchorage control is the main content of orthodontic treatment.As an anchoring device that can provide absolute anchorage,miniscrews have been widely applied in orthodontic treatment in recent years,and its stability is a necessary precondition to obtain reliable anchorage.Stability of miniscrews is closely related to the implantation method,the implantation angle,the time and method of stress loading,and the oral hygiene status.The characteristics of alveolar bone play a major role in the initial stability of the miniscrews,and affect the success rate of miniscrews,even the orthodontic treatment effect.In this review,the thickness and density of alveolar bone at the implant site and its effect on the stability of miniscrews were reviewed.
