摘要
介绍了5 MVA精炼电炉在生产低碳铬铁时,为了降低合金中的磷含量,通过使用脱磷剂、正交试验用料对比和相图分析发现,渣型控制是关键。着重阐述了影响低碳铬铁磷含量的因素和降低合金磷含量的方法。
The paper introduces the 5 MVA refining furnace in the production of low carbon ferrochromium,type of slag control is the key for reducing the phosphorus content in the alloy.By using dephosphorizing agent,orthogonal test material comparison and phase diagram analysis,the factors affecting phosphorus content in low carbon ferrochromium and the method of reducing alloy phosphorus content are emphatically expounded.
