摘要
针对B_(2)O_(3)含量的变化对SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-RO体系玻璃的介电性能、失透温度和微观结构的影响进行研究分析。研究发现:随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的提高,玻璃的介电常数和介电损耗逐步下降,玻璃的失透温度范围变的更大。而且,B_(2)O_(3)含量升高后玻璃更易于失透,导致玻璃失透的主要原因是玻璃分相;FTIR光谱分析显示,随着B_(2)O_(3)含量的升高,B_(2)O_(3)在玻璃中存在的结构发生了转变,[BO_(3)]逐步向[BO_(4)]进行转变。
The influence of the B_(2)O_(3)content on the dielectric properties,devitrification temperature range and microstructure of SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-RO glass was studied and analyzed.With increasing of B_(2)O_(3)content,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor are decreasing,the devitrification temperature range is becoming wider.More B_(2)O_(3),it is easier to devitrification.Phase separation is the main reason to cause the glass devitrification.Analysis by FTIR spectroscopic infers that[BO_(3)]have the trend to become[BO_(4)]by increasing of B_(2)O_(3)content.
