餐厨垃圾半干法厌氧发酵工程运行分析与污泥回流调控研究 被引量:4

摘要 以上海某餐厨垃圾处理厂半干法厌氧发酵工程为研究对象,对2018年下半年和2019年同期的工程运行监测数据进行了比较分析,结果表明,工程运行1年,挥发性脂肪酸浓度增加2倍,溶解性化学需氧量增加95.88%,平均进料有机负荷(以挥发性固体计)从2.44 kg/(m^(3)·d)降低至1.63 kg/(m^(3)·d)。采用全自动产甲烷潜力测试系统,研究氨氮和污泥回流对系统产甲烷潜力的影响,结果表明,系统主要抑制物氨氮浓度的升高与其有机负荷的降低存在明显的关联性,采用半干法厌氧发酵系统污泥回流,且回流比例为30%时,系统产甲烷效率及甲烷产量增加,最大产甲烷速率及最大累积产甲烷量分别提高5.29%和12.64%。 A comparative analysis based on monitoring date of the second half of 2018 and the same period in 2019 was used to study the project of a semi-dry anaerobic digestion technology of a food waste treatment plant in Shanghai.The results indicated that during the one-year operation,the concentration of volatile organic acids(VFA)increased by two times,the soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD)increased by 95.88%,and the average organic loading rate(OLR)for feed(calculated as volatile solids)decreased from 2.44 kg/(m^(3)·d)to 1.63 kg/(m^(3)·d).An automatic testing system for biochemical methane potential was used for exploring the effects of ammonia nitrogen and sludge recycling on biochemical methane potential.The results indicated that the increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration,as the main inhibitor of the anaerobic system,was obviously associated with the decrease of its OLR.As far as sludge reflux was concerned,when the reflux ratio was 30%in the semi-dry anaerobic digestion system,the efficiency and yield for methane production improved.The maximum methane production rate and the maximum cumulative methane yield increased by 5.29%and 12.64%respectively.
