摘要
目的:探讨选用阿托伐他汀钙、丁苯酞联合方案治疗脑梗死的临床效果及对患者侧支循环建立情况产生的影响。方法:选取2018年3月至2019年6月期间信阳市第一人民医院收治的脑梗死患者96例分为两组,对照组48例,行常规药物治疗,观察组48例,再加用阿托伐他汀钙片+丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,观察患者症状改善、疗效及MCA侧支循环血流速度改善等情况。结果:经治疗后2、3个月,观察组NIHSS评分均显著低于对照组,Barthel评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组大脑中动脉(MCA)侧支循环血流速度相比对照组显著更快(P<0.05);治疗后2周及1、3个月,观察组缺血区域脑血流量相比对照组均显著更大(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞、阿托伐他汀钙联合治疗脑梗死,可获得更理想效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of atorvastatin calcium and butylphthalide in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on the establishment of collateral circulation.Methods:96 patients with cerebral infarction treated in First People's Hospital of Xinyang from March 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,48 patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,48 patients in the observation group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets+butylphthalide soft capsules,and the improvement of symptoms,efficacy and MCA collateral circulation blood flow velocity were observed.Results:2 and 3 months after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the Barthel score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,MCA collateral circulation blood flow velocity in the observation group was significantly faster than that in the control group(P<0.05);2 weeks and 1 and 3 months after treatment,the cerebral blood flow in the ischemic area of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of butylphthalide and atorvastatin calcium can achieve a better effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction.
