摘要
产业园的可持续发展需要不断的更新迭代,按照业务需求匹配优质管理服务是核心,存量产业园的发展也同样。从我国现有存量产业园发展的现状及基本发展路径看,仍然存在较多的问题,需要及时解决和优化。为了促进存量产业园区的进一步发展,论文对存量产业园区的更新与发展进行研究,分析了产业园区发展的背景,并提出了更新与发展的策略,希望可以给同领域相关人员提供参考。
The sustainable development of industrial park needs continuous updating and iteration.Matching quality management service according to business demand is the core,and the development of stock industry park is the same.From the current situation and basic development path of the existing stock industry park in China,there are still many problems,which need to be solved and optimized in time.In order to promote the further development of stock industrial park,this paper studies the renewal and development of stock industrial park.In the research,this paper analyzes the background of industrial park development,and puts forward the strategy of renewal and development,hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel in the same field.
