摘要
课题组采用问卷调查法与访谈法相结合的方法,对湖南省首批8所卓越高职院校进行了抽样调查,剖析了智能制造背景下高职技能型人才培养状况及存在的问题。调查表明,高职制造业人才供给与产业需求存在结构性矛盾,高职技能型人才培养模式亟待革新。
The research group adopted the method of questionnaire survey and interview to conduct sampling survey on the first batch of 8 outstanding higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,and analyzed the training status and existing problems of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing.The investigation shows that there is a structural contradiction between the supply of manufacturing talents and the demand of the industry,and the training mode of skilled talents needs to be reformed urgently.
