摘要
血管周围脂肪组织(PVAT)可与血管壁以“双向信号”的方式相互影响,以脂肪因子分泌异常和促炎因子分泌增多为代表的PVAT功能障碍在动脉粥样硬化的发病机制中占据重要地位。因此,PVAT的特性监测和炎症评估可以帮助了解血管病理学的早期阶段,识别高危患者,从而启动风险减低策略。
Perivascular adipose tissue(PVAT)can interact with the vascular wall in a"two-way signal"manner,and the dysfunction of PVAT represented by abnormal secretion of adipokines and increased secretion of pro-inflammatory factors plays an important role in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.Therefore,characteristic monitoring and assessment of inflammation of PVAT can help understand the early stages of vascular pathology,identify high-risk patients,and initiate risk reduction strategies.
