钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥主拱圈施工方法进展 被引量:12

摘要 20世纪,劲性骨架拱桥逐渐由钢筋混凝土拱桥发展而来。劲性骨架由半刚性骨架向钢管-型钢劲性骨架、钢管混凝土劲性骨架发展。与传统的钢筋混凝土拱桥相比,钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥主要以钢管混凝土劲性骨架作为支架成拱。拱圈的施工阶段包括钢骨架的架设、管内混凝土的灌注、外包混凝土的浇注。总结了中国钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥,讨论了各施工阶段的具体施工方法。在跨径方面,钢管混凝土劲性骨架拱桥将实现明显的增长;拱圈施工控制的重要性日益突出,应进一步研究的工作包括分肋吊装的线形控制理论、外包混凝土分环、分工作面的最优设计准则及斜拉扣索调载理论。 In the 20th century,the stiff skeleton arch bridge was gradually developed from reinforced concrete arch bridges.The stiff skeleton was developed from semi-stiff skeleton to steel tube-shaped steel stiff skeleton and steel tube concrete stiff skeleton.Compared with the traditional reinforced concrete arch bridge,the concrete-filled steel tube skeleton arch bridge is mainly arched by using the concrete-filled steel tube skeleton as the support.The construction stages of the arch ring were consisted of the erection of the stiff skeleton,the pouring of the concrete in tube,and the pouring of the outsourcing concrete.The concrete-filled steel tube skeleton arch bridge in China were summarized and the concrete construction methods in each construction stage were discussed.In aspect of span,the concrete-filled steel tube stiff skeleton arch bridge was expected to make more obvious growth.The importance of arch ring construction control was becoming more and more prominent.The researches that should be further made in the coming days include the linear control theory of ribbed hoisting,optimal design criteria for sub-rings and sub-faces of outsourcing concrete and the load adjustment theory of stay cable.
