摘要
地下建筑工程结构自防水与外设防水层防水是两种不同的防水体系,哪种更合理、经济,在防水界一直有争议,而且持不同观点的专家都非常鲜明地坚持自己的立场。现行《地下工程防水技术规范》只采用了外设防水层的防水方法,并明确“在迎水面应设置防水层”的要求。通过对这两种不同的防水体系进行分析比较,可以全面了解各自的优缺点和应用特点。由于结构计算允许带裂缝工作和混凝土材料的易开裂性,达到完全结构自防水目标所采取的技术措施更为复杂,所需要经济代价更高。因此,一般情况下,地下工程柔性外包防水或柔性外包防水与结构混凝土防水相结合,是一种经济技术合理的方案。
Structural self-waterproofing and external waterproofing layer are two different waterproofing systems for underground construction.It has been controversial in waterproofing field which one is more reasonable and economical,and experts with different views have clearly insisted on their own position.The current“Technical code for waterproofing of underground works”only adopts the waterproofing method of external waterproofing layer,and specifies the requirement of“waterproofing layer should be set on the water-encountering surface”.Through the analysis and comparison of these two different waterproofing systems,we can fully understand their advantages and disadvantages and application characteristics.Because the structural calculation allows the work with cracks and the concrete materials are easy to crack,the technical measures to achieve the goal of complete structural self-waterproofing are more complex and costly.Therefore,in general,wrapping with flexible waterproofing layer or a combination of flexible waterproofing layer and structural self-waterproofing is an economic and technically reasonable scheme for underground constructions.
