提高高炉喷煤比的关键技术研究与应用 被引量:6

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF KEY TECHNOLOGY TO IMPROVE THE COAL INJECTION RATIO OF BLAST FURNACE

摘要 为解决2500 m^(3)高炉稳定性差、煤比低、焦比高的技术难题,早日实现提煤降焦,河钢宣钢与河钢钢研和东北大学合作,针对高炉冶炼过程中原燃料中碱金属及其行为、喷吹煤粉和焦炭性能以及矿焦混装方式等因素对高炉透气性的影响开展了全面研究。开发了高炉碱负荷-煤粉-焦炭的交互作用理论体系,并在2500 m3高炉上进行了规模化应用。结果显示:高炉煤比提高40 kg/t HM,焦比降低33 kg/tHM,经济技术指标显著提高。 In order to solve the technical problems of poor stability,low coke ratio and high coke ratio of 2500 m^(3) blast furnace,HBIS Xuansteel,cooperated with HBIS Group Technolgy Research Institute and Northeast University,study on the influence of alkali metals in raw materials and fuels,properties of pulverized coal and coke injection,and mixing mode of ore and coke on gas permeability of blast furnace.It developed the interaction theory system of blast furnace alkali load-pulverized coal-coke,and the large scale application had been applied in 2500 m3 blast furnace.The results showed that the coal ratio of blast furnace was increased by 40 kg/t HM,the coke ratio was decreased by 33 kg/t HM,and the economic and technical indexes waer significantly improved.
