摘要
目的运用国际体力活动问卷长卷(international physical activity questionnaire long,IPAQ-L)对2型糖尿病患者进行体力活动调查.探讨IPAQ-L标准评价2型糖尿病患者体力活动情况及水平的适宜性。方法便利抽取石河子市5个社区299例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用IPAQL调查其体力活动情况,同时应用IPAQ标准.《中国糖尿病运动治疗指南》(以下简称“指南”)运动处方推荐量对其体力活动水平进行评价并做比较分析。结果本组患者总体力活动水平为2079(786,3612)代谢当量-min/周,休闲相关体力活动能耗最多,以低等强度的体力活动(步行)为主,每周所费的时长为420(63.1260)min;51.5%的2型糖尿病患者体力活动达到指南标准,IPAQ标准显示73.2%的患者体力活动水平充足,二者在评价患者体力活动水平上差异具有统计学意义(X^(2)=30.72,P<0.001)。结论IPAQ问卷适用于调查2型糖尿病患者的日常生活体力活动情况,但其评价标准在体力活动水平评价上低于指南运动处方要求,需要结合患者的个体情况加以分析。
Objective To investigate the physical activity of patients with type 2 diabetes by using the international physical activity questionnaire-long(IPAQ-L),and to explore the suitability of IPAQ standard in evaluating physical activity and determination level of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods By convenience sampling method.299 patients with type 2 diabetes from 5 communities in Shihezi City were selected.The IPAQ-L was used to investigate patients^physical activity.At the same time,the IPAQ standards and the suggested amount of exercise prescriptions in the Chinese Diabetes Exercise Treatment Guidelines were used to evaluate their physical activity levels and make comparative analyses.Results The physical activity level in this group was 2079(7863,612)MET·min/week,and the energy consumption of leis-ure-related physical activity was the most,mainly low-intensity physical activity(walking)with 420(631,260)min/week.Totally 51.5%of patients with type 2 diabetes reached physical activity guidelines,and 73.2%of patients had adequate physical activity level for the IPAQ standard,both of them had a statistically significant difference in physical activity level(X^(2)=30.72,P<0.001).Conclusions The IPAQ questionnaire is suitable for investigating the physical activity of daily living in patients with type 2 diabetes,and its evaluation standard is lower than the guideline exercise prescription recommendation in the evaluation of the level of physical activity.
