几种蚕豆根腐病病原菌的分离鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为确定乌鲁木齐市达坂城区蚕豆根腐病的病原菌种类,从而有针对性地进行病害防治,本研究从乌鲁木齐市达坂城区多个蚕豆产区采集病原样本,进行分离纯化再回接,对比发病症状,并结合形态学和分子生物学鉴定技术明确病原菌的分类地位。结果表明:经病原菌分离纯化后得到8个菌株,通过对病原菌菌落结构、菌丝的形态学观察及分子生物学方法确认,腐皮镰刀菌、半裸镰刀菌、立枯丝核菌、细极交链孢4种真菌是蚕豆根腐病的致病菌。达坂城区蚕豆根腐病是由多种病原菌复合侵染引起的。因此,达坂城区蚕豆根腐病应采用包括轮作倒茬、种子消毒、改良土壤菌落结构、覆膜、沟灌、机器点播等综合防控措施。 In order to identify the pathogen species of broad bean root rot in Dabancheng District of Urumqi City,and to carry out targeted control,this study collected pathogen samples from several broad bean producing areas in Dabancheng District of Urumqi City,and then separated and purified them,compared the disease symptoms,and combined with morphological and molecular biological identification technology to clarify the classification status of pathogens.The results showed that 8 strains were obtained after isolation and purification of pathogenic bacteria.Through the observation of colony structure and mycelium morphology of pathogenic bacteria and molecular biological methods,it was confirmed that Fusarium solani,Fusarium incarnatum,Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria tenuissima were the pathogenic bacteria of broad bean root rot.Faba bean root rot in Dabancheng district is a complex infection of many pathogens.Therefore,comprehensive control measures should be taken in Dabancheng District,including crop rotation,seed disinfection,soil colony structure improvement,film mulching,furrow irrigation,machine on demand and so on.
