摘要
水利工程在施工建造进程中,不但可能影响整个社会的发展及进步,还对于民众的平时生活、农牧业相关领域均能产生各类影响及积极作用。在水利工程的项目财务管理过程中,工程财务管理处于决定性位置,同时也是评估水利工程财务管理品质关键指标。因此在对相关工程实施财务管理工作时,需要采用先进的技术方案,此举不但可从本质上促进水利工程财务管理综合能力的提高,并且可将相关工程的功能最大限度发挥出来。
In the process of construction,water conservancy projects may not only affect the development and progress of the entire society,but also have various impacts and positive effects on the people's daily life,agriculture and animal husbandry related fields.In the process of project financial management of water conservancy projects,project financial management is in a decisive position,and it is also a key indicator for evaluating the quality of water conservancy project financial management.Therefore,when implementing financial management for related projects,it is necessary to adopt advanced technical solutions,which can not only essentially promote the improvement of the comprehensive ability of financial management of water conservancy projects,but also maximize the functions of related projects.
