水分胁迫对千金子种子萌发及生理生化特性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 为探索水分胁迫对千金子种子萌发及生理生化特性的影响,在6个水分处理下对千金子种子进行砂上发芽试验,测定相关生理生化指标,进行统计分析比较。结果表明,随水分增加,千金子种子的发芽率、发芽势和胚根长呈先增加后下降的趋势,胚芽长逐渐增长,胚根/胚芽比呈先降低后增加再降的趋势。发芽率和发芽势在T 3处理下达到最高,胚根长在T 4达到最大,胚芽长在T 6达到最大,胚根/胚芽比在T 1达到最高。千金子种子的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和MDA含量,SOD和POD活性随水分增加呈先降低再升高的趋势,均在T 3处理下达到最小值。任意两水分处理下的可溶性蛋白和MDA含量以及SOD和POD活性差异显著(p<0.05),T 1和T 5处理的脯氨酸含量之间差异不显著(p>0.05),干旱胁迫显著抑制种子的发芽;淹水胁迫也对种子的发芽有一定程度的抑制。在应对水分胁迫时,种子的生理生化响应主要与合成较多的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白与较高的SOD和POD活性有关。 In order to explore the effects of water stress on seed germination,physiological and biochemical characteristics of Leptochloa chinensis seeds,the seed germination experiment was carried out on sand under 6 water treatments,and the physiological and biochemical indexes were determined and statistically analyzed.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and radicle length increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of water content while the radicle length increased gradually,and the radicle/germ ratio decreased firstly,then increased and then decreased.The germination rate and germination potential were the highest with T 3 treatment while the radicle length reached the highest with T 4 treatment.In addition,the germ length was the highest with T 6 treatment while the radicle/germ ratio reached the highest at T 1 treatment.The contents of proline,soluble protein and MDA,as well as the activities of SOD and POD of L.chinensis seeds decreased first and then increased with the increase of water content,and all reached the minimum value under T 3 treatment.The contents of soluble protein and MDA and the activities of SOD and POD under any two water treatments were significantly different(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the content of proline between T 1 and T 5 treatments(p>0.05).Drought stress significantly inhibited the germination of L.chinensis seeds.Also,submergence stress also inhibited seed germination to some extent.In response to water stress,the physiological and biochemical responses of L.chinensis seeds were mainly related to the synthesis of more proline,soluble protein and higher activities of SOD and POD.
