疫情期间钉钉结合超星学习通的PBL教学法在病理学教学中的应用

Application of PBL Teaching Method in Pathology Teaching on th e Basis of Ding Talk and Chaoxing Teaching Platform During the Epidemic

摘要 探讨疫情期间采用钉钉直播平台结合超星学习通平台的病例讨论式基于问题的学习(PBL)教学法在病理学教学中的应用。选取新乡医学院2018级本科临床医学专业学生90人,随机分为三组:(1)研究组:采用钉钉直播平台结合超星学习通平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法;(2)对照组1:采用基于钉钉直播平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法;(3)对照组2:采用基于超星学习通平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法。每组30人。授课结束后,围绕授课内容的重点难点进行测验,然后对三组学生的测验成绩做分析并进行问卷调查以评价教学效果。从测验成绩来看,研究组学生的成绩明显优于对照组1和对照组2(P<0.05),而对照组1和对照组2的学生成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过在病理学教学中采用钉钉直播平台结合超星学习通平台的病例讨论式PBL教学法教学效果好,有利于提高课堂教学效率及学生满意度,并有助于提升学生的综合素质,符合新冠肺炎疫情期间病理学教学的需求。 To explore the application of case discussion-based learning(PBL)teaching method in pathology teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic Methods:90 undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in 2018 of Xinxiang Medical University were selected and randomly divided into three groups.①Research group:PBL teaching method based on Ding Talk and Chaoxing communication platform;②Control group 1:PBL teaching method based on Ding Talk platform;③Control group 2:PBL teaching method based on Chaoxing teaching platform.Each group has 30 students.At the end of the teaching,the key and diff icult points of the teaching content were tested,a nd then the test scores of the three g roups of students were a nalyzed a nd a questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:In terms of test scores,the results of students in the research group were signif icantly better than those in the control group 1 and 2(P<0.05),while there was no statistically signif icant difference between the results of students in the control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05).Conclusion:The PBL teaching method based on t Ding Talk and Chaoxing communication platform has a good teaching effect,which is conducive to improving the classroom teaching eff iciency and meeting the needs of pathology teaching during the COVID-19 epidemic.
