摘要
装备遴选是装备规划论证中的重难点问题,其关键点在于如何保证遴选出的新装备与现役装备构成针对使命任务的装备体系方案。为此,围绕未来的使命任务,对现役装备、新装备建议采用组合分析方法构建装备体系备选方案。通过开展体系化要求评估,以及更为细致的综合评估,从中确定装备体系目标方案。由装备体系现状与装备体系目标方案对比,遴选出纳入装备规划安排的新装备。所附案例验证了方法的有效性。
How to select armament from lots of candidates is an important and difficult issue in armament program planning and demonstration.Its key point is to ensure the selected new armament and those in service can form a reasonable armament systematical scheme to accomplish the specified missions.Firstly,the future mission,armament in service and new armament suggestions are centered,the portfolio analysis method is used to construct armament systematical selection scheme.Secondly,the armament systems objective scheme is determined by the systematization demand assessments and more detailed and comprehensive assessment.Thirdly,the status of the armament system and the objective scheme of armament system are compared,the new armament selected to be listed in armament plan.The attached example verifies the validity of the method.
