摘要
光动力疗法是一种基于光动力学效应的治疗方法,其原理是光敏剂通过外敷或静脉等途径富集于病变组织处并被病灶组织选择性吸收,在特定波长的光照射下发生光动力学反应,产生可杀灭病变组织的自由基(单线态氧及氧自由基),而正常组织细胞则不受损伤。光动力疗法已成为皮肤科临床重要治疗方法之一,可应用于多种肿瘤及非肿瘤性皮肤病的治疗,尤其对于尖锐湿疣、扁平疣、中重度痤疮等非肿瘤性皮肤病疗效肯定。
Photodynamic therapy is a treatment based on dynamic light effect.The mechanism of the treatment that the photosensitizer accumulates in the diseased tissue and is absorbed selective by diseased tissue.Photodynamic reaction occurs in specific wavelength of light irradiation,and the free radicals(singlet oxygen)is produces that it can exterminates the lesion,but the normal tissue cell is no change.Photodynamic therapy is one of important treatment in dermatology,and it is applied to many tumor and non-tumor skin diseases,especially for condylomata acuminata,flat wart and moderately severe acne.
