摘要
特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种常见的慢性炎症性皮肤病,皮肤屏障功能障碍在AD发生中起着关键作用。表皮连接结构如桥粒、半桥粒和紧密连接等,是维持皮肤结构完整性和屏障功能的关键,而这些连接结构相关蛋白如桥粒胞质蛋白、桥粒跨膜蛋白、闭锁蛋白、claudin、闭锁小带蛋白和连接黏附分子等,则是表皮连接结构发挥功能的基础。这些蛋白的异常表达将导致屏障功能破坏,引起持续的炎症和皮肤的损伤,最终导致AD的发生。本文就表皮连接结构相关蛋白在AD中的作用进展进行总结。
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease,and the disrupted skin barrier plays a key role in AD initiation.Epidermal connection structures including of desmosomes,hemidesmosomes,and tight junctions are very important in maintaining the structural integrity and the barrier function of the skin.These connection structure related proteins are composed of desmosomal cytoplasmic protein,desmosomal transmembrane protein,occludin,claudin,zonula occludens,and junctional adhesion molecules,which are the basis for the function of the epidermal connection structure.The abnormal expression of these proteins will lead to the destruction of barrier function,cause continuous inflammation and skin damage,and eventually lead to the occurrence of AD.The role of epidermal connection structure related proteins was summarized in AD.
