摘要
糖尿病性心肌病(DC)患者的心脏功能异常是由多种机制引起的,这些致病因素均受糖尿病患者胰岛素信号传导受损的影响。在临床研究及啮齿类动物模型研究中发现,介导糖尿病心肌细胞异常的因素是心肌细胞中胰岛素信号传导受损。本文就胰岛素信号传导异常在DC中的作用作一综述。
Abnormal cardiac function in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(DC)is caused by a variety of mechanisms.These pathogenic factors are all affected by impaired insulin signal transduction in diabetic patients.In clinical studies and rodent model studies,it has been found that the factor that mediates abnormal myocardial cells in diabetes mellitus is the impaired insulin signal transduction in myocardial cells.The present article made a review on effect of abnormal insulin signal transduction in DC.
