摘要
目前矿用设备开停传感器在安装使用时,需通过人工手动调整机械电位器来调节传感器的灵敏度,存在调整过程复杂、调整周期长等问题,且调整时需要传感器带电开盖作业,对煤矿生产造成安全隐患。针对这些问题,该文提出了一种利用红外遥控和数字电位器进行灵敏度调节的设计方法,采用红外遥控调节灵敏度系数,通过单片机与数字电位器进行通信,连续调整数字电位器阻值,从而调整采样信号放大倍数,实现传感器灵敏度的非接触式调节。实践表明,应用该设计可以提高传感器灵敏度调节的准确度、灵活性和智能化程度,更适用于目前的安全监控系统改造和智慧矿山建设。
During the installation and use of mining equipment sensors,the sensitivity of the sensor needs to be adjusted manually by manually adjusting the mechanical potentiometer.There are problems such as complicated adjustment processes and long adjustment cycles.The adjustment requires the sensor to be opened when the cover is powered,which causes safety in coal mine production.In response to these problems,this article proposes a design method for sensitivity adjustment using infrared remote control and digital potentiometer.The infrared remote control is used to adjust the sensitivity coefficient,and the single-chip microcomputer communicates with the digital potentiometer to continuously adjust the resistance of the digital potentiometer to adjust the sampling.Signal amplification factor to achieve non-contact adjustment of sensor sensitivity.Practice shows that this design is more suitable for current security monitoring system reconstruction and smart mine construction in terms of sensor sensitivity adjustment accuracy,flexibility,and intelligence.
