摘要 本项目由于房型调整,根据设计要求需在既有地下室结构内进行补桩施工,通过桩型的比选,确定采用钻孔灌注桩施工。针对既有结构地下室空间受限、承压水水头较高、周边环境复杂、工期紧等特点,通过设备调整、作业面选择、检测方式比选、布局优化等措施,确定了补桩施工技术,确保在既有地下室结构内钻孔灌注桩施工的顺利完成。 Due to adjustment of the room type in a project,it is necessary to add piles in the existing basement structure according to the design requirements.Through comparison and selection of pile types,the bored pile construction is used.In view of the characteristics of the existing basement structure,such as limited space,high confined water head,complex surrounding environment and tight construction period,these measures such as adjustment of equipment,selection of working surface,comparison and selection of detection methods and layout optimization are taken.The construction technology of adding piles is determined to ensure successful completion of bored cast-in-place pile in the existing basement structure.
