摘要
近年来,伴随轨道交通综合开发在国内逐步发展,轨道交通地下商业也在积极地进行开发建设,作为新一线城市的成都同样处于这股发展浪潮中。通过总结梳理成都轨道交通地下商业中出现的问题,并归纳总结日本的成功经验,从政策法律、规划建设、运营管理几个方面提出指导性建议与启示,以期对今后成都轨道交通地下商业开发建设起到一定参考作用。
In recent years,with the gradual development of comprehensive rail transit in China,the underground commerce of rail transit has also been actively developed and constructed.Chengdu,as a new first-tier city,is also in the midst of this wave of development.Through sorting out the problems in the underground commerce of Chengdu rail transit,and summarizing the successful experience of Japan,it provides guiding suggestions and enlightenment from the aspects of policy and law,planning and construction,and operation and management,so as to play a certain reference role for the future underground commercial construction of Chengdu rail transit.
