摘要
在新型城镇化快速发展的进程中,传统教育规划指标难以适用于与大城市人口组成、设施现状发展差异较大的大城市边缘城区。因此,为了实现特定地区教育设施的科学布局,应结合地区特点制定合理的教育设施规划指标体系,保证其针对性与实用性。本文以南京市高淳区为例,综合考虑不同教育设施规划的要求、高淳区发展现状的特征、人口与城镇建设的特点,从而提出高淳区适应性指标体系,并对其核心指标进行深入研究,最终形成“高淳标准”。
In the process of the rapid development of new urbanization,the traditional education planning index is difficult to be applied to the urban fringe of big cities,which have great differences in population composition and facilities development.Therefore,in order to realize the scientific layout of educational facilities in specific areas,it is necessary to formulate a reasonable planning index system of educational facilities according to the regional characteristics to ensure its pertinence and practicability.Taking Gaochun district of Nanjing as an example,this paper comprehensively considers the requirements of different educational facilities,the characteristics of the current development of Gaochun district,the characteristics of population and urban construction,and puts forward the adaptive index system of Gaochun district,and conducts in-depth study on its core indicators,and finally forms Gaochun standard.
