摘要
以工业互联网环境下设备机群为研究对象,以戴明环控制理论为指引,提出基于预测技术的设备机群故障分析与循环改进方法。在统计出设备机群软硬件故障比后采用马尔科夫方法预测,对结果进行分析比对,提出有针对性的解决方案;然后应用层次分析法针对缺陷进行“查漏补缺”循环改进,从源头上对故障进行控制,达到优化参数的目的;最后通过有无对比验证提出的马尔科夫-层次分析法-反馈循环改进的设备机群维修管理优化方法的实用性。
Taking the equipment cluster under the industrial internet environment as the research object.Guided by Deming’s loop control theory,a fault analysis and cyclic improvement method for equipment fleet based on predictive technology is proposed.After statistically calculating the hardware and software failure ratio of the equipment cluster,the Markov method is used to predict,the results are analyzed and compared,and targeted solutions are proposed.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to carry out"leakage checking and filling"cyclical improvement for defects,starting from the source control the fault to achieve the purpose of optimizing parameters.Finally,the practicability of the proposed Markov-analytic hierarchy process-feedback loop improved equipment fleet maintenance management optimization method is verified by comparison with or without.
